Sold vehicles are counted automatically from your inventory on their sale date: the sale price is vehicle revenue and the vehicle's Total Invested is its cost. Money tied up in vehicles still for sale is inventory, not an expense, so it does not lower net profit until the vehicle sells. Repair and towing revenue comes from requests marked Completed & Paid plus any Repair/Towing income entries below.

Use “Complete & Record Payment” on a repair or towing job to record a payment. Each job is counted once, no matter how many times it is edited. Gross profit = Amount Paid − Total Job Cost. Unpaid jobs are not counted.
